Public Notice By-Law No. 136 Amendment

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Town of Woodstock under authority vested in it by the Local Governance Act, SNB 2017, section 10 (1) intends to amend by-law No. 136, A By-Law to Regulate Mobile Home Parks.

WHEREAS: By-Law No. 136.2, An Amendment to By-Law No 136, A By-Law to Regulate Mobile Home Parks, by title was read a first time at the Regular Meeting of Council on Tuesday, July 15, 2025.

WHEREAS: By-Law No. 136.2, An Amendment to By-Law No 136, A By-Law to Regulate Mobile Home Parks, by title will be read a second time at the Regular Meeting of Council on Tuesday, August 12, 2025 which follows the Council in Committee Meeting beginning at 6 PM.

 Any person wishing to inspect the proposed By-law may do so by appointment at Woodstock Town Hall, 267 Connell Street Unit 1, Woodstock NB, during regular office hours of 8:00 AM to 4:30 AM Monday to Friday except holidays.

The deadline for submitting written objections/support to the Town Clerk shall be 12:00 p.m. on the date of the next reading.
