PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Town of Woodstock intends to consider proposed By-Law No. 604.01, AA By-Law Respecting Dangerous or Unsightly Premises

 

The proposed amendment is intended to update the Dangerous or Unsightly Premises By-Law to reflect the current structure of the Town of Woodstock.

Ongoing Road Works

Location: Houlton Street (Between Charlotte Street and Union Street)

Dates: Starting today, July 21st, through to the beginning of September.

Traffic Impact: Intermittent single lane closures with flagging can be expected and small delays.

Curb Stop Utilities Project

Notice: Ward 4 Residents

Summer students are working on a project to locate and accurately record all curb stop valves at properties within Ward 4. The goal of this project is to minimize the impact of water main breaks and maintenance, allowing teams to quickly locate and shut off water supply to properties when necessary to complete required repairs.

Water & Sewer Utility Assistance Program

Residents in Ward 4 can access the application for assistance and submit on April 1, 2026. Residents will receive utility bills for the calendar year on June 1, 2026.
