Change in Planning Services for the Town of Woodstock- January 2026

Planning and Building Inspection services for the Town of Woodstock are now managed through the Western Valley Regional Service Commission. These services include the preparation, administration, and enforcement of Municipal Plans and Zoning Bylaws, subdivision approvals and conducting building inspections to ensure that developments comply with applicable regulations. Matters that were formally referred to the Town of Woodstock Planning Advisory Committee (PAC) will now be referred to the Planning Review and Adjustment Committee of the Regional Service Commission.
