It is a hybrid of swimming, dancing, and gymnastics that involves artistic moves being performed in the water to music. Our club provides both introductory (recreational) as well as competitive artistic swimming. With practices focused on teaching boys and girls to be more comfortable with the water. They learn fundamental sculls, eggbeater, upside down skills, basic routine skills, in addition to other disciplines aimed at improving strength, coordination, creativity, aerobic endurance, flexibility, and team work.
