Women's Self Defense Workshop

Woodstock BJJ will be offering a Women's Self Defense workshop on Feb. 28, 2019. The workshop will be held at 522 Main Street from 6:30PM to 8:30PM. $10 registration fee to be paid when you arrive or can be sent by e-transfer to woodstockbjj@gmail.com before the event. This workshop will be different than our first two classes. This time we are going to concentrate on ground defenses and show you where Brazilian Jiu Jitsu can be so effective.
