Notice of Proposed Amendments to By-law No. Z-500, Town of Woodstock Municipal Plan
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Town of Woodstock intends to consider a proposed By-law to amend By-law No. Z-500, the “Town of Woodstock Municipal Plan.”
The proposed By-law is intended to redesignate a portion of the property known as PID No. 10281244, located at 319 Route 560 Jacksonville, from Residential to General Commercial on the Future Land Use Map, for the purpose of constructing five self-storage buildings on the property, for a total of approximately 264 units.
Any person wishing to inspect the proposed By-law may do so at Woodstock Town Hall, 824 Main Street, Woodstock, NB during regular office hours of 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Monday to Friday except holidays.
A Public Presentation on the proposal Municipal Plan Amendment will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 11, 2025, in the Sam's Room 105 Connell Park Road, Woodstock, N.B. to present the proposed by-law amendment.
Written objections to the proposed amending By-law may be made to Council by forwarding comments within 30 days of the Public Presentation, to:
