Couch to 5K Information Meeting: Wednesday the 24th 6:30pm in Sam’s Room. A program designed for anyone that would like to participate in a 10-week program with the goal of completing the 5k at the Joe McGuire Road Race on July 27th. Everyone is Welcome!
