Many are looking for the "Easy": the magic pill, workout, recipe, relationship tips, or winning lotto numbers. The truth is, it isn't "Easy"; BUT, what if it was a bit "Easier"?
When you allow yourself to feel the hard stuff and then work on those feelings, things do get easier, eventually!
In our current book "Getting Naked" (no not literally!) by Valerie Bertinelli, she talks about the hard; the work she put in and how the other side really is "Easier".
Book Club is just that! Our books always have nuggets we can apply to our lives. Yes, maybe they encourage some personal work to be done; however, those who allow it to happen will never regret it!
