Women's Self Defense Workshop

Woodstock Brazillian Jiu Jitsu will be offering a Women's Self Defense workshop on Nov. 29, 2018. The workshop will be held at 522 Main Street from 7 to 9 PM. $10 registration fee to be paid when you arrive. The workshop will introduce participants to various concepts of self defense.
