Proposed By-Law: No. 600.2, A Procedural By-Law for the Council of the Town of Woodstock
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Town
of Woodstock intends to consider proposed By-Law No. 600.2, A Procedural By-Law
for the Council of the Town of Woodstock
The proposed by-law replaces the existing By-Law No. 600, A Procedural By-Law
for the Council of the Town of Woodstock, originally adopted in December 13th,
2022 and subsequently amended in 2025. The proposed by-law shall identify the
procedures of Council Meetings, Committees and the recording of such.
Any person wishing to inspect the proposed by-law may do so by appointment at
Woodstock Town Hall, 244 Connell Street, NB during regular office hours of 8:00
AM to 4:30 PM Monday to Friday except holidays. You may also view the by-law on
the Town’s website at https://woodstocknb.ca/bylaws-policies
The deadline for submitting written objections/support to the Town Clerk shall
be 12:00 p.m. on the date of the first reading, Tuesday, June 23rd, 2026.
Written objections/support may by mailed or delivered to Town Hall or e-mailed
to the Clerk: clerk@woodstocknb.ca
First reading: Tuesday, June 23rd
Second reading: Tuesday, July 14th
Third, and final reading: Tuesday, July 28th
