The Town of Woodstock Council is proposing new By-Law 160.2, A By-Law Regulating the Use of the Water and Sewer System of the Town of Woodstock and the Rates to be Charged Therefore.

Residents can review the Utilities Presentation that was made to Mayor and Council at the January 28th Council meeting, together with the Municipal Water Use and Restrictions Guidelines, the Water and Sewer Rate Adjustment Recommendation and the new proposed By-Law. 

The Director of Utility presented a comprehensive update to the Woodstock Council regarding the current state of the water and sewer systems, which included a proposed new bylaw and necessary rate increases.

The presentation highlighted the pressing need for improvements and maintenance within the aging infrastructure to ensure reliability, safety, and compliance with environmental standards.
