Public Notice - Proposed By-Law No. 608.1, A By-Law to Designate a Business Improvement Area

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Town of Woodstock intends to consider a by-law under Section 4(1) of the Business Improvement Areas Act, upon the petition of Woodstock Business Improvement Corporation Inc., to designate the area indicated as a business improvement area.

Any person wishing to inspect the proposed by-law may do so by appointment at Woodstock Town Hall, 244 Connell Street, Woodstock NB, during regular office hours of 8:00 AM to 4:30 AM Monday to Friday except holidays or on the Town's website www.woodstocknb.ca by searching "Proposed By-Laws".

The Council has set the Regular Meeting of the Council on Tuesday, February 17, 2026 commencing at 6:00 p.m. in Sam's Room at the AYR Motor Centre, Woodstock as the time and place for the Public Hearing (objections/support). 

The deadline for submitting written objections/support to the Town Clerk shall be 12:00 p.m. on the date of the Public Hearing. Written objections/support shall not be accepted after the Public Hearing.
