Community Events
On Monday April 15th, Northcote (Victoria) will be making a triumphant Woodstock debut. Joining them will be Mike Bochoff (Halifax (By way of Hartland)) who is returning to town with unreleased material! This will be an incredible night of music in the best sounding venue around.
Northcote
Northcote is the music nickname for Saskatchewan born Singer-Songwriter Matt Goud. He is known for his distinct and intimate voice and for a genre expansive career that has made him an internationally known artist seen in concert halls, theatres, church basements, night clubs, living rooms, cafes and more.
Matt was a founding member of the influential Hardcore Metal band Means that disbanded in 2008. Northcote first appeared in 2010 with the album ‘Borrowed Chords, Tired Eyes’. Matt has been a staple on the Singer Songwriter circuit ever since blending the worlds of Americana Folk, Indie Rock, Hardcore Metal and Devotional Music.
Matt is joined by longtime friend and collaborator Stephen Mcgillivray (Guitar)
Matt lives in Victoria BC and also works as a Mental Health Worker and Amateur Hockey Broadcaster.

Mike Bochoff
Whether performing with a power-pop trio or solo, Mike Bochoff throws down a menagerie of catchy choruses and wry observations with authority and a healthy dash of sly humor. Shows have been few and far between for Mike as he focuses on other aspects of his life outside of music, but he has some unreleased songs ready to unleash on his hometown crowd!
