Notice of Public Hearing-Business Improvement Areas Act (April 15th, 2025)

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Town of Woodstock intends to consider a by-law under Section 4(1) of the Business Improvement Areas Act, upon the petition of Woodstock Business Improvement Corporation Inc., to designate the area indicated on the attached sketch as a business improvement area.

Council has set the regular meeting of the Council on Tuesday, April 15, 2025 commencing at 6:30 p.m. (or directly to follow the Public Hearing scheduled for the Municipal Plan Amendment & Zoning By-Law Amendments) at Sams Room at the Ayr Motor Centre, Woodstock as the time and place for the Public Hearing (objections/support), First and Second Reading for the proposed by-law.

Any person wishing to inspect the proposed By-law may do so at Woodstock Town Hall, 824 Main Street, Woodstock, NB, during regular office hours of 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Monday to Friday except holidays.

The deadline to submit written objections/support to the Town Clerk shall be 12:00 p.m. on the date of the Public Hearing.  Written objections/support shall not be accepted after the Public Hearing.
