New Coin-Operated Heating for Enhanced Comfort at the AYR Motor Centre Arena

We are excited to announce the addition of coin-operated heaters in the AYR Motor Centre Arena, providing our patrons with the flexibility to sit where they want and access heat for their comfort during events!
This new system will allow you to enjoy a warm, comfortable experience while attending events at our arena, making your visit even more enjoyable. With the ability to control your own heat, you can relax in comfort no matter where you sit!
User Groups will continue to receive the following complimentary Heating Zones:
- Woodstock Skate Club: Zone 1
- Minor Hockey Practice: Zone 1 (U7 to U11 only).
- Minor Hockey Games: Zones 3 & 5
- WHS Boys & Girls Games: Zones 2 & 5
- Panthers Games: All heaters on for their games.
To access additional heat:
How It Works:
Cost: To access the heat, simply deposit $2 to start the unit for 30 minutes of propane radiant heat.
Additional Heat: You can continue to add 25 cents for every 3 minutes of extra heat, up to 45 minutes.
Availability: There are 8 coin-operated heaters across the arena. Currently Units 1 & 4 are awaiting final programming to be operational, and we anticipate those units to be up and running soon.
This upgrade is part of our ongoing effort to enhance customer satisfaction and provide a more comfortable environment for all patrons. Whether you're enjoying a hockey game, skating session, or just taking in the atmosphere, the new coin-operated heat system will give you the control you need to stay warm.
