Orchard Shade Farms-Dukeshire Apples
Nestled along the scenic Saint John River Valley, Orchard Shade Farms – Dukeshire Apples is a fourth-generation family orchard offering a true taste of rural New Brunswick. With roots dating back to 1929, this long-standing farm has grown into over 50 acres of apple trees, producing a wide variety of flavours for every taste.

Beyond apples, the farm also offers a selection of fresh, locally grown products including pears and plums, along with delicious house-made items like apple cider and apple-pear cider. Whether you’re stopping by for fresh produce or a day outdoors, the welcoming atmosphere makes it a must-visit destination in Carleton County.
Apples are also available at the on-site packing house from late summer through the winter months, making it easy to enjoy local flavour long after harvest season ends.
A visit to Orchard Shade Farms – Dukeshire Apples is more than just picking fruit—it’s about creating lasting memories rooted in tradition and community.
